Exploded Isometric View of an SVG image?
I am staying sick at home this week and I realized this is the perfect time to do my first ever post on Medium.com;)
This one is about an idea I have for “exploded” isometric view drawings.
BTW the name is funny and for me (as a foreigner) it took some time even to figure how to search for such a concept.
Alright, so by now I know how its called and I went through a few of the guides online on how to create such a thing for a layered image in Photoshop.
Since I am spending a lot of time with vector graphics (SVG) and some scripting (Javascript), now I am gearing up to try and create a simple “tool” which would accept an SVG image, identify “layers” and then do automatic exploded view transition to it.
I will search the web a bit more to see if someone else already tried to create something like this. And if not — well challenge accepted I guess;)
