I think the model you shared is not realistic though as it basically hints that VP level is / should be better at everything. Reality is though we all humans and we can only do a few things great not 25+. More realistic approach would be to recognize that after certain level of proficiency one grows through ability to operate at higher “abstracted”, strategic levels, create bigger impact through others, ability to navigate between different levels of operations etc.

I developed Riot Games production core competencies model for 10+ job families and learned that realistic progression is less about getting better at particular PM competency it’s rather you evolve and learn to operate to create 1000x impact vs 10x.
