Thank you for the article. I actually have doubts that Carla is a stakeholder in this case, she is more of a person who has valuable insight around customer context and the product owner indeed needs to work with her to capture such context. But inviting such a person to a random sprint review was suboptimal. Stakeholder is not just someone with some vested interest in the outcome (of a product or of a particular sprint) and who always needs / demands a digestible explanation. Stakeholders ideally spend enough of their own time to be able to understand at high level what is going on during sprint review. So it is an effort from both sides. All imho:)
